banned: here is the story

I was working on my LDOA char in pre and have been wracking up the hours while afk, come home from work one night and see that its disconnected, no big deal my ISP sucks so i go to log in and i get this message "your account has been banned for breach of User agreement or user conduct, this ban is permanent so i send in a question to them. I get this answer:

In response to your question about the termination of your Guild Wars account for the use of a bot program, we want you to know that we use great care when analyzing accounts prior to terminating an account. We are both diligent and conservative in determining which accounts are botting, and we take action only after we are able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that an account is using a bot program.

We do not have an appeals process for this action because of the depth of the analysis prior to the termination. We regret the necessity of terminating accounts, but we will continue to take all necessary actions to protect the Guild Wars economy and to assure that players are meeting the requirements of the User Agreement and Rules of Conduct.

have been playing for a year and a half and NEVER have used a bot program, i have been working on my LDOA title with my pre char and while i am asleep and have been farming for some cash when i have been playing. If your intense investigation doesn't realize that there is a human on the other end, obviously you werent looking hard enough! repeat:>> I HAVE NEVER USED A BOT PROGRAM!!!
then i get this response:

basically they say, we are right ALWAYS, we are never wrong, and if you think we are wrong then we are still right. oh and you cant appeal cuz we are right.....ALWAYS!!!.

man you guys have a ego, now its up to the lawyers, i called my sister (who is a corporate lawyer) and she got me in touch with a friend of hers, even if they wont give me my account back, I will make them pay thier lawyers, fortunatly with our beautiful legal system i can make them lose more than they made off of me with the 2 collectors edition chapters and goty edition.

another one of these threads, nothing to see here folks, just a dime in a dozen.

we know all of this already, people get account bans like that, it happens, just post your story in one of the other threads of this subject.
